1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fail Edge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fail Edge provides URL shortening, link management, and monetization services. Users can create shortened links, track clicks, and earn revenue from qualifying traffic.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Create links to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Use the service for phishing, malware distribution, or any form of cyberattack.
Generate artificial or fraudulent clicks on your shortened links.
Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to generate traffic.
Spam links across social media, forums, or other platforms in violation of their terms.
Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
Attempt to manipulate CPM rates or earning calculations through any means.

5. Earnings and Payments

Earnings are calculated based on qualifying clicks and applicable CPM rates.
Fail Edge reserves the right to filter and exclude fraudulent, bot, or invalid clicks from earnings.
Minimum payout threshold applies (as displayed in your dashboard).
Payments are processed within the timeframe specified in the Payments section.
Fail Edge retains a platform fee of 60% of gross ad revenue.
Earnings may be held or adjusted if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by Fail Edge. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to display and distribute it through our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific earning amounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fail Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
