Report copyright infringement, illegal content, or platform abuse.

DMCA Takedown Requests

Fail Edge respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA takedown notice with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the shortened URL(s) in question.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter links that lead to:

  • Malware, phishing, or scam content.
  • Content that violates our Terms of Service.
  • Spam or artificially inflated click activity.
  • Any illegal or harmful content.

Please report it to abuse@failedge.online with the relevant URL(s) and a description of the issue.

Our Process

  1. Receipt: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 1 business day.
  2. Review: Our team will review the report and investigate the flagged content.
  3. Action: If the report is valid, we will take appropriate action (remove link, suspend account, etc.).
  4. Notification: We will notify you of the outcome when appropriate.

Repeat Infringers

Fail Edge maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if multiple valid DMCA notices are received.
